Ingredients
- 2 lbs ground beef, chuck roast (cubed), or ground turkey
- 3 Tbsp Eat Good Chili Original or Hot Chili Seasoning
- 2 chipotle peppers in adobo, finely chopped
- 2 cups beef stock
- 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 1 tbsp tomato paste (optional for added depth)
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- In a large pot or Dutch oven, heat olive oil over medium-high heat.
- Add meat and brown thoroughly, breaking up ground meat or searing cubed chuck until browned.
